  Configure    Do post-install configuration of FreeBSD 
then
  Distributions    Install additional distribution sets
then 
  [ ]  dict      Spelling checker dictionary files     

It may not be exactly like this in 5.0, but that's part of why 5.x is
so far recommended for people who have a pretty good idea of what
they're doing.
