Most likely the development version and the normal version of a port have the same name. Before revision 1.9 /usr/ports/Tools/make_index silently generated two or more lines for the same port in INDEX. Now, only the first detected port is written to INDEX and duplicate entries will spit a warning. > I run pkgdb -F but nothing is flagged as having a problem.
