I have a 3-button mouse workring on a PS/2 port.  Its a generic brand
that I got from CompUSA for about 12 bucks.  I'm not sure exactly what
brand it is, but it is CompUSAs brand.  I'll give you specifics when I get
home and look at the mouse.
