That's the easy bit.  To make it work as a server, just add

  set enddisc mac
  set mrru 1500

As incoming connections arrive with the same remote enddisc & 
authentication, ppp will pass the links to the already-running 
version of ppp.  This is the sexiest feature of MP :-)

The only caveat is that you need an extra tun device for ppp to use 
before it's identified the peer as belonging to another ppp 
connection.
