There is no Netscape 3.x for FreeBSD, but the Linux or BSDI version will
work. The FreeBSD version of Communicator is @
ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/communicator/4.04/development/english/unix/freebsd/base_install/.
Just run the installer and enjoy, ive never found a need to use the port.
