Dear Sirs, I am looking for the document "4.3 BSD Line Printer Spooler Manual" referred to in the printcap(5) man page on a RedHat Linux 5.1 pc. I have read the excellent section in the manual at http://www.freebsd.org and while I realize that it is probably redundant I wish to read the Linux man page cited document. I have looked on http://www.bsdi.com, http://www.netbsd.org, http://www.openbsd.org but I cannot find it. It would be greatly appreciated if you could point me to it.
