Set your tag to RELENG_4 and cvsup again.

You cvsuped RELENG_4_7 (the security branch).

You can get around sysintalls problem by setting the release name in the
options screen. As a matter of interest cvsup.au.freebsd.org has
4.7-RELEASE-p2 available for FTP (but no packages).
