Unfortunately, it has not. No, it wouldn't; the problem is that you have *no* interface on the network for that address. Without seeing your network configuration, it's impossible to tell what's wrong, but at a guess you have configured a default gateway that isn't in a subnet on any of your interfaces. Good Luck.
