thanx for answer, but .rhosts exists and rsh/rcp work true.
.rhosts:
machine_A taper

where taper is user into group operator.
I login to machine_B as taper and rdump not work, but tar and cpio ,rcp and
rsh work .
I login to machine_B as root and rdump work.
