Although the headers claim that this is US ASCII, I think it's
intended to represent Japanese.  You should at least fix your mailer.

A more obvious problem is that FreeBSD-questions is an
English-language group.  We're seeing an increasing number of messages
from .jp domains, most of them *not* with Japanese headers.  So far I
haven't commented, since I expect that the people who write them can't
speak English.  Is anybody reading them?  Should we create a Japanese
-questions list?
