Hello 

I have two questions.  hope someone teaches me how to handle it

1) i encounter 'hang' when i am running netscape 4.05.  it starts
occassionally.  i don't know why it is happened!

2) if i don't use the built in menu for installation (some packages)
how do i install program from ftp?
