There's no need at all to shout at somebody who took the time to
try to help you.  And there's certainly no cause to abuse
somebody for not being familiar with that bloated collection of
crash-prone code that is called KDE.

It might be a good idea to read the regular message that is
posted to the list about how to get the best from your questions
because this is not the way to do it.
