Try this in loader.conf:
sound_load=3D"YES"
snd_driver_load=3D"YES"

It's a pci device, not isa.

post the output of this command, "pciconf -lv | grep -iC 5 audio", if
it still doesn't work. also could give "scanpci | grep -iC 2 creative"
