Just wondering if someone could update the fbsd alpha hardware guide to reflect the fact that the alphastation 500 does NOT use regular ecc sdram dimms, ( this one just caught me big time ). My current guess is that it uses 5v edo/fp dimms. ( based on the difference in the notches, and the fact that 5v only exists for fp/edo ). Though no-one really seems to know :(. If someone knows the memory type then I'd like to know because it would save me loads of time chasing down the original stuff. -- Sten Spans "What does one do with ones money, when there is no more empty rackspace ?"
