I think that you should take the two bug reports, combine them, then merge
them with a nasty letter criticising the entire 5 branch.  Title the
message "FreeBSD locking fatally flawed."  If done well, it could become
the new choice of slashdot trolls when they have to post something
anti-FreeBSD. :)
