# Does FreeBSD run on multi processors ?

Yes it does... ever since version 3.0 if I recall correctly.

# What about other OS's like LInux, OpenBSD , solaris etc ?

Linux and Solaris support multiple processors. OpenBSD and NetBSD will
run on machines with multiple processors, but they may might not utilize
more than one processor (depends on the status of SMP and which platform
you are running).
