Run `scsi -f /dev/rsd0 -m 1 -e -P 0' and check that the top two settings
are 1.  If they are, then your disk is full of bad blocks and should
probably be replaced.  If they aren't, run with the -P 3 option instead
and change them to 1.  See scsi(8) for details.
