I have used it on a number of machines and actually like it quite a bit. I try, however, to follow the license guidelines and don't use it on servers I use for web and email hosting... There are some other ones out there, but I can't remember the link to a review page that goes through all of them. You might want to look at openssh.org's page to learn more.
