This is all that I've included:

/usr/bin/qemu-system-x86_64 -pidfile $PIDFILE -cpu host -smp
$NCPU -m $MRAM -k $KB -enable-kvm -drive
file=$IMAGE,media=disk,index=0,cache=writeback -net
nic,model=$NICMODEL,macaddr=$MAC -net
tap,ifname=$TAP,script=no,downscript=no -runas $USER -monitor
unix:$SOCKET,server,nowait -nographic -daemonize

I run the vm with this command..

I repeat, the problem is strange because it dies on the menu countdown before start, not during the real boot...
