  Modified files:
    devel/c_c++_reference Makefile
    japanese/linux-netscape47-communicator Makefile
    japanese/linux_locale Makefile
    japanese/msdosfs     Makefile pkg-descr
    devel/kdelibdocs     Makefile
    x11-clocks/kdetoys11 Makefile
    www/linux-lesstif-ns Makefile pkg-descr
    x11-wm/xwmm          Makefile
  Log:
  - Change maintainer to ports@FreeBSD.org of all my ports.
    (only ja-linux-netscape is back to sada-san)
    My short vacation finished and I have no longer
    enough time to keep maintaining my ports.

  - Move some local-distfiles from my site to asami-san's.

  - Some cosmetic changes around removing kde*-i18n ports.
