when i try to install ssh i get this error message:

If you are a USA resident you have to get the RSAREF2
library (RSA Inc. holds a patent on RSA and public key
cypto in general - using RSA implementations other than
RSAREF will violate the US patent law)

can anyone shed any light on how i can get this library?
