Email to that address will not reach a human.  But there is an
autoresponder set up that tells you how to reach a human.  Too much spam
goes to that address for any other approach to be reasonable.

Sorry but you'll need to read the autoresponder message to see how to
reach a human, posting details sorta defeats the purpose.
