XConvert units from one scale to another.

XThe units program converts quantities expressed in various scales to their
Xequivalents in other scales.  The units program can only handle multiplicative
Xscale changes.  It cannot convert Centigrade to Fahrenheit, for example.
XIt works interactively by prompting the user for input.
