However, I am no expert though using k6s for the past 2 years. My experience is that they get really unstable with more than 50 Mhz overclock due to temperature restrictions specially (high voltage). The k6-2, k6-3 and k6-2+ should be better suitable for overclocking in this particular order. You should consult http://www.tomshardware.com/ for a complete overclocking guide IMHO.
