Yes indeed. /pub/FreeBSD/FAQ is supposed to be a symbolic link to where the FAQ *really* is, but it got spammed. :( In the meantime, you can find the FAQ in /pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-current/src/share/FAQ/Text.
