I just noticed that the PKGNAME of this port doesn't follow our
convention of naming packages. Currently, it is:
PKGNAME= russian-ispell-1.0
But, according to the convention explained in the handbook, it should
either:
PKGNAME= ru-ispell-1.0
or
PKGNAME= ru-rispell-1.0
Also, the module name of this port is rispell at this moment, but it
should be the same string as the PKGNAME without -<VERSION> part.
(Thus, russian-ispell, if we don't change the PKGNAME.)
