Hello all.
I'm try to run ezmlm-cgi from ezmlm(duh!), ezmlm-cgi needs the values of 
HTTP_HOST and SERVER_NAME variables. I check them and they are empty.

1.-How do I assign a value? What value should they have?

2.-Are this variables related to Apache?
