I would have, except I don't like touching language-specific ports. If you really insist that the PR fixes the port as-is (I can't do any reasonable testing to insure that it works for the language it's intended to work for), then I'll try to build it and commit it.. But the job really should be done by one of the ports team members who can read Japanese.
