It was never imported by Bill. Now tha the is busy with his Real Work
(TM) I guess we should do so.

It could be.. I'll look at it.

Yes, I don't know why bill didn't use the normal netgraph interfaces
except that he wasn't familiar with them, or he didn't like them.
It would certainly be possible to alter it to work more like=20
ng_one2many.
