Chris,
Aside from using pcm, you might want to also use another driver (like
sba), specifying port, dma, similar to what i did with my old SB16. Or
try it with the specs on pcm.

 device pcm0 at isa? port? irq 5 drq 1 flags 0x15

YMMV. I'd recommend reading the man page for csa, though. You might
need a pcm/csa combo for it to work properly.
