Vendor 0x0d8c seems to be C-Media, but without the product ID it is difficult
to find out what card it is.
http://www.cmedia.com.tw/?q=en/datasheets

snd_cmi (4) should work with some C-Media sound cards :

HARDWARE
The snd_cmi driver supports the following sound cards:

     +o CMedia CMI8338A
     +o CMedia CMI8338B
     +o CMedia CMI8738
     +o CMedia CMI8738B

or else the snd_uaudio driver might help.
