The thread library libc_r is not installable from the 2.2.5 (or any other)
CDROM, the only way to get these is to install the sources and build them
yourself. This is not very friendly for people that like to do out of the
box installations.

A seperate distribution for the these libraries (like this is done for the 
profiled libraries) would be highly appreciated.
