I had this problem, installed the rsaref port *after* the make world and
it worked like a charm. I do have another problem though, everytime I run
a make world, my /etc/make.conf gets modified in ONE specific way, my line
that says USA_RESIDENT=YES is changed to USA_RESIDENT=NO, it's driving me
crazy.

The first time I dismissed it thinking I forgot, the last 2 times
told me that I did not forget. It is also not me making a mergemaster
error or anything silly like that, heck mergemaster won't touch make.conf
anyways, it'll just touch /etc/defaults/make.conf. Has anyone other than
me seen this odd behaviour? It has lead to several things being built
without the support I wish *sigh*
