There's a lot of output from "cvs diff -c -r RELENG_2_1_0" on the 
handbook....   Is all that meant to be there?  I can see a couple of 
places where there are 2.1 specific changes..

I hadn't planned on actually touching the stuff (except the contrib.sgml 
file that I mentioned to Jordan) as I dont know sgml or the doc encoding 
that we use well enough...  I did notice that the in the history.sgml 
file, Jordan's added <b> and </b> markup which sgmlfmt seems to complain 
about..  Somebody with more experience than I needs to look at this.. :-) 
I think it should be <em> an </em> but I'm not sure.

I'd much rather somebody else put their backside on the line doing the 
2.1<->2.2 merges here.. It's too dangerous for me to do considering my 
lack of sgml-ability.... :-)   I was just going to look after the tags.. :-)
