Not by using the tinderbox software available in ports as
ports-mgmt/tinderbox. That is all about building ports.

There is a 'tinderbox' used for testing buildworld that e-mails
freebsd-stable@... et al when something breaks the build. Which is a
different instance of the generic concept of a 'Tinderbox.' I'm not
aware of it being available as a code release or from ports.

If you want to build your own installation media see release(7).
There's instructions on building your own freebsd-update server
