Something like this should work.  visudo compiles it happily enough,
anyway...

User_Alias  K3BUSERS =3D user1, user2, user3, ... usern
Cmnd_Alias  K3B =3D /path/to/k3b

K3BUSERS   ALL =3D (root) NOPASSWD: K3B

Take a look at sudoers(5).=20
