The following patch updates the wicontrol page with the following:

* s/WaveLAN/Lucent, Intersil, & Atheros/g
(since all three chipets use this utility)

* Sort synopsis in sync with wicontrol -h order

* Document -l & -L

Additionally, add -L for -h in wicontrol
