I'm considering getting a device I haven't had before, and it says it
connects via a ps/2 mouse port. I dunno what this is (beyond seeing the
miniature DIN connector, which I recognize). Does anyone know anything
technical about it? Is it a serial port, or how does it jam the bits
in? Please, I'm looking for a technical answer so I can assess whether
this Logitech keyboard, which includes a separate connector for the
integral touch pad (this is the ps/2 mouse port I'm asking about) would
be recognized as a device by FreeBSD.

Don't worry about the X interface part, I know that's a totally separate
question, one I don't want to ask here. I just want to see if bits
coming in a ps/2 mouse port become a device somehow.
