The setup as I understand it is now as follows: /etc/crontab runs /usr/local/www/bin/webupdate. /usr/local/www/bin/webupdate now checks out www/tools/webupdate in to the same directory as "webupdate.run". /usr/local/www/bin/webupdate was also in CVS, with some uncommitted changes made to it prior to my changes. The uncommitted version can be found in webupdate.org. webupdate.run is then run to update the website. I've tested this, and it seems to build the web site with no problems.
