you have 1.0.7 / 1.3.5

The only know working method appears to be
a) boot windows 9x or later
b) upgrade from there using the windows firmware upgrade utility from
Netgear

Which is all well and good if you have a copy of windows installed on the
machine. I'm in the same situation, I could not get the [free]dos flash
utility to upgrade the card either.

The alternative appears to be boot some version of linux with the hostap
drivers compiled to allow firmware upgrade. Well, I've not been able to
find such an image that also includes a [dos,iso9660,ufs] filesystem I can
access the rom images from at the same time.

Anyone know of one?

Thanks
