A few ways should work..

1) mount the dos partition and move the tarballs from your dos
   partition to /usr/ports/distfiles (since that's where the ports
   look for them)

2) mount your dos partition, and symlink the directory with the
   tarballs to /usr/ports/distfiles

I don't know for sure if method 2 will work or not because I haven't
ever tried it, but it might.
