This also fixes missing backing out of the expansion of the lower limit on the width of the first column of output from 12 to 14. A lower limit is not really needed when the minimum width is determined automatically. Any lower limit should not be gratuitously large, since the width of the second column is not determined automatically and is so large that there is already too much white space between the columns.
