The Majordomo FAQ says that this could be because of incorrect permission setting on the Log directory, but I played around with that and it isn't working. It seems that this is because of a very deep recursion. Any thoughts ?

please use majordomo v1.92 1.93, the last time i looked at it
and discussed it with john roulliard in may of 95, had some bugs--bugs
that stopped us from using it for the FreeBSD mailing lists.
