Synopsis: Missing installation floppies for 8.0-RELEASE

State-Changed-Why:
We have decided to desupport the floppy builds starting with the 8.0
release. The problem is that it was getting harder and harder to keep
the boot image less than the size of a floppy disk. Since most modern
machines have either a CD drive, a USB interface, or both, it seemed
like too much effort for too little gain.

You can still build a floppy image by make -D MAKE_FLOPPIES release
in the release directory.
