	This would be an excellent opportunity to publish the Handbook. I can be in California Dec. 3-7. Is anyone else able to attend? If so, we could submit a proposal for the project. Note that the submission is due by October 26.

Great idea

We've 3rd edition (2003-2004) in my University library,
which is very out of date.
I'll certainly order the new print edition
for the library.
