I already have a fix for this, but I'm waiting until after the ports
freeze to commit it.  I had written a KSE-specific fix, but, as Julian
says, it's better to use libkvm (which I then did).  I'm on vacation
now, but as soon as I get back, I'll email you the patches if you're
interested.

In the meantime, you can comment out all of the bad code in proctime.c. 
This never worked anyway.
