Of course, it does.  US, the crypto-motel: you can always check in,
but never check out.  It doesn't count whether some crypto thing has
been invented outside of the US or not, you are not allowed exporting
it from there.  The entire world already has this technology, but they
keep on insisting it being `ammunition'.

Politics are braindead?  They are too braindead to understand that
they are.
