Sun JDKs do not seem to do PTHREAD_SCOPE_SYSTEM under normal operation, so
I can't see how their implementation would be 1:1.

Since JDKs for pre Solaris 8 versions of Solaris exist, I assume that the
JDK is not being linked against this lib.
