Subject:   Why has INADDR_LOOPBACK been removed from in.h?

Hello,

I'm running 2.2-current (from April 96) and have found that the constant
INADDR_LOOPBACK is not presnt in /usr/include/netinet/in.h. What was the
reason for its removal?
