Any ideas anyone ? bweave-> bweave->I think it doesn't have gif support because of some patent issues bweave->surrounding the compression algorithm the gif format uses (i.e. you bweave->have to pay royalties to put it in your software). bweave-> .......... the earlier versions of GIMP had no issues with this, it was maybe close to two years ago they released the version(s) that don't. Look for an earlier version.
